At Intrigue Fine Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all original tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your approval email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
